Returns Policy

  • EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS 🎄 We will be extending returns to 60 days! For orders made from 16th Nov 2020 to 3rd Jan 2021. Orders made outside of this timeframe will resume to our 30 day returns.
  • The 30 day returns date will start from the date of shipment.
  • All labels are still attached on the product (including the care instructions, size tags, and barcode).
  • The product has not been worn (except to try on for size).
  • The product has not been soiled or damaged.
  • The product has not been altered by you in any way.
  • The goods are deemed to have a manufacturing fault, assessed by the online or in-store team.
  • Different from a style pictured or described.
  • There are no returns or exchanges on make-up, pierced jewelry, headphones, underwear, pantyhose, stockings, bodysuits/ leotards, swimwear, facemasks, hand gel and hair accessories. This merchandise is final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited unless there it meets the statutory rights outlined by the ACCC.
  • All accessories, bags and shoes (including sunglasses, handbags, shoes and stationery) can only be returned to our online warehouse, they cannot be returned in stores.
  • If you are returning an item that is part of an offer such as a 2 for 1 or buy one get one free, the refund amount will reflect the price you have paid on this offer and not based on the original price of the item/s individually.
  • If you are returning a sale item, please refer to the below drop down menus for the guidelines to return to Online or a You + All retail store.

Returns to You + All Online

You can return any item within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. Sale items (discounted at 50% off or over) can only be returned for an online credit. Unfortunately, we’re unable to assist with exchanges at this point in time. Please note: We cannot process refunds to American Express.

  • How to Return Your Order to Our Online HQ

    • 1. Download and complete our Return Request Form
    • 2. Include your completed Return Form in your parcel.
    • 3. Post it back to our Online HQ. Please use the correct payment shipping methods for all returns, as You + All is not responsible for the return costs.

    How to Send in Your Return with Australia Post:

    • 1. Create your Return Post Label via Australia Post Returns Portal. You must provide your order number (found on your order confirmation email), reason for returning your item(s), and your details. You will be charged a flat fee of $8.95 to return your items.
    • 2. Once you have created your Return Post Label, take note of your return reference number. An email will also be sent to you with this information. This number can be used to track your return via Australia Post.
    • 3. Pack all items you wish to return with a complete Returns Form in a satchel, or reuse the original packaging if suitable, and secure the returns label to the outside of the package. Remember to remove any old postage labels if reusing the original packaging.

    How to Send in Your Return with Parcelpoint

    We’ve improved our returns service! You can now return through your local Parcelpoint store in over 1,300 locations. Open 7 days a week, early until late.

    • 1. Simply enter your Order ID and Email in the form below.
    • 2. You will be redirected to the Parcel Point website to finalise your return. Select location and add your payment details. You will be charged a flat fee of $7.80 to return your items.
    • 3. The return label will be available to download and print on the next screen, and a copy will also be sent to your email address.
    • 4. Attach the return label to your order and include inside a complete Returns Form.
    • 5. Drop off at your Parcelpoint store and you’re done!.
    • 6. Once your online return is received, refunds can take up to 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

    Create Return

    Returns to a You + All Fashion Retail Store

    You can return your online orders to a You + All Retail Store for an exchange, credit voucher, or refund providing the above return conditions have been met.

    • Sale product may be returned for an exchange or credit voucher only.
    • If purchased via Afterpay you may return to any retail store for a credit voucher or an exchange.
    • If purchased via PayPal or credit card, you may return to a You + All retail store for a refund, in-store credit voucher, or exchange.
    • Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
    • Promotions online may differ from in-store promotions - vice versa.
    • We cannot process refunds to American Express.
    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of Ally Fashion product to any You + All retail store. This product must be returned to a You + All Fashion retail store or our Online HQ.

    Returns with Afterpay

    Online Orders:

    You are eligible to return your online Afterpay order to our Online HQ for a refund or credit voucher, provided the above return conditions have been met. The Online HQ Centre does not accept exchanges. You may also return your online Afterpay order to any You + All store for a credit or exchange of equal or lesser value.

    In-Store Purchases

    All purchases made in-store may be returned to any of our You + All stores for a refund, credit voucher, or exchange of equal or lesser value provided the below conditions have been met. The Online HQ does not accept any returns for in-store purchases.

    Returns to You + All Online

    For online returns, a customer may choose between a credit voucher or refund only, providing the above return conditions have been met. (Please refer to specific payment Terms and Conditions). Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with exchanges at this point in time.

    • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
    • You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to You + All's Online HQ and re-shipping costs back to New Zealand ($15 AUD).
    • When purchasing you will be charged according to your country currency and its conversion rate.
    • You + All is not liable for any discrepancies in pricing.
    • Sale product may be returned for a credit voucher providing the above conditions have been met.
    • Please note we cannot process refunds to American Express.
    • Any parcels not delivered for any reason, and is requested to be sent out will incur a $15 fee, this also includes any order being returned via the Return to Sender (RTS) System through Australia Post if requesting a refund or credit voucher, the $15 charge will be deducted from the returning order total.
    • Please use the correct payment shipping methods for all returns, as You + All is not responsible for these return costs.
    • If you have not met all policy and procedure requirements, our online customer service team will notify you via email to inform you of this outcome.

    For online returns, a customer may receive an online credit voucher providing the above return conditions have been met. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with refunds or exchanges, please return the unwanted item(s) to Online HQ.

    • Any parcels not delivered for any reason, and is requested to be sent out will incur a $30 AUD fee, this also includes any order being returned via the Return to Sender (RTS) System through Australia Post if requesting a refund or credit voucher, the $30 AUD charge will be deducted from the returning order total.
    • Please use the correct payment shipping methods for all returns, as You + All is not responsible for these return costs.
    • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
    • You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to You + All's Online Distribution Centre.
    • International customers may also be charged freight cost depending on the country you are returning the item(s) from.
    • When purchasing you will be charged according to your country currency and its conversion rate.
    • You + All is not liable for any discrepancies in pricing.

    Gift Cards & Online Credit Vouchers

    You + All gift cards & online credit vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Store gift cards & online gift cards are valid for 3 years.

    Please note You + All gift cards and credit vouchers cannot be redeemed in a You + All Fashion retail store or on the You + All Fashion website and vice versa.

    Credit Vouchers in-store and online are only valid for 12 months.

    In-store gift cards can only be used once and if there is any remaining amount not used this will be transferred to a paper credit voucher. The remaining amount is to be redeemed within 12 months of the date that appears on the receipt.

    Unfortunately, in-store gift cards & credit vouchers cannot currently be redeemed online.

    When will I receive my refund?

    Once your online return is received, refunds can take up to 3-5 business days. Depending on your financial institution your refund may take anywhere between 5-7 days for processing. Refunds will be processed via your original method of payment only. If you have not received your refund within 14 days please contact us directly via email at: info@youandall.com.au

    No invoice was included in my parcel?

    All invoices are emailed directly therefore no paper copy is provided in your parcel. Any returns to stores directly can be completed by showing invoice confirmation via email and quoting your order number.

    Can I use my store credit online?

    Unfortunately, all in store gift cards and credit vouchers cannot be used for online purchases and must be redeemed in store only.

    Please note You + All in store gift cards and credit vouchers cannot be redeemed in a You + All Fashion retail store or on the You + All Fashion website and vice versa.

    What happens if my order is faulty?

    If any items are received with a manufactured faulty please email our online team directly at: info@youandall.com.au and be sure to include the following:

    • Order number
    • Style number and size
    • Picture of the fault
    • Description of the issue
