Express Delivery

  • Express Delivery $12.00 AUD (Australia Wide Only).
  • Orders are prioritised for next business day dispatch.
  • Goods are delivered by Australia post shipping services.
  • Delivery can take up to 4 business days depending on location within Australia, once the order has been shipped. (Excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • We do not guarantee next day delivery.
  • Allow an extra day or two for delivery during peak trading periods, such as sale events and Christmas.

Why Is My Order Delayed?

  • Item availability - We may be out of stock in our Distribution Centre for one or more of your items.
  • Items that are out of stock can be sourced from one of our local retail outlets, this can delay shipping by 1-2 business days.
  • Credit card verification is being performed by our team on request.
  • After 2 days of notification from us, if we have received no response from you, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances for the above or for such things as transportation strikes, floods etc.

When will I receive my order?

We have up to 5 business days in handling time prior to all orders leaving our warehouse. This does not include delivery times. During public holidays and busy periods this may vary.

Can my order be amended?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed with us it cannot be amended or cancelled (eg: Change of size, colour, style) therefore you’ll need to place another order for any further items.

  • We take all reasonable steps to verify that the order placed and the credit details are bona fide.
  • We have the right to cancel and refund your order if you do not fulfill the requirements of our verification checks to assist in online credit card security, at which time we will immediately notify you via email or telephone using the details you have provided.
